Exchanges with overseas partner universities
Featuring the particular areas of expertise of each university, “SixERS” shall prepare student exchange programs based on short-term overseas exchanges and start up new collaboration program. The creation of attractive globalizing programs will draw many ambitious and capable foreign students, activating a cycle of positive feedback in the host institutions which will rapidly propel the “SixERS” forward.

Exchanges with unions of leading overseas universities
The “SixERS” intend to establish and further strengthen alliances with overseas academic unions and organizations. Such alliances will stimulate the Six Universities to further excellent achievements based upon their overseas scholarship, internationalized staff and students, and exchange of ideas and materials. Exchanges with unions of leading overseas universities will serve as a major contribution to Japan’s economic and social advancement.
